Delivery Information

Please note that once an order has been placed, providing it has not been picked ready for dispatch you can contact us to see whether we can change the delivery address for you. It’s best in this situation to give us a call us on 01462 506105 rather than e-mail. We cannot guarantee that we can change the delivery address, but we’ll do our very best to try and assist, so please take extra care when selecting your delivery address.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, once the order has been despatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Delivery of your order WILL require a signature upon delivery. Delivery of orders will normally be made between Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 20:00. If there is no one at home when the delivery courier delivers, then the driver will leave a card for you to rearrange delivery or they may leave the package with a neighbour.

Our delivery couriers do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays so please take this into account when placing your order.

We will always try and deliver within our stated timescales but on occasion we may fall outside of these due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are able to take delivery instructions but cannot accept instructions for our courier to ‘leave in a safe place’ or similar, as a signature will be required. However we can take instructions for our courier to leave with a neighbour if you may be out.

We know that customers like the idea of free postage and packing and we may consider offering it as part of a promotion on occasion. We have examined the possibility of offering it on all orders but the costs would have to be absorbed into the price of the products, which wouldn’t be popular either. So at present we charge for postage and packing as detailed below and only offer free delivery on orders for products totalling over £40.00.

Boxes And Packing Materials

To deliver our products we use Smart Karton boxes. These have an internal sticky paper that wraps around the contents to hold them in place and also prevents the need to use void fill, which is costly for us and is messy and a nuisance for our customers!

We only use void fill for a few of our products where the container is a glass bottle and in these cases we use a small amount of either air filled pockets or bubble wrap.

We do not use polystyrene chips or similar products so there is no mess when you open your parcel.

Delivery options:

The actual delivery charges will be calculated for you on the checkout pages prior to acceptance of your order. Simply add your products to your basket and the shipping costs will appear on the checkout page.

The current delivery options are as follows:

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (normally within 1-2 working days including Saturdays)

Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class (normally within 2-3 working days including Saturdays)

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed:

Western Europe (approximately 2-5 working days)

Eastern Europe (approximately 3-5 working days)

Worldwide (approximately 5-7 working days) – currently NOT available due to restrictions

Royal Mail International Signed:

Western Europe (approximately 2-5 working days)

Eastern Europe (approximately 3-5 working days)

Worldwide (approximately 5-7 working days) – currently NOT available due to restrictions

**** Please note that the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland count as UK, not as International delivery.

FREE DELIVERY: Please note that the offer of free delivery only applies to orders where the cost of items total £40.00 and over. The £40.00 threshold is for the cost of items in the basket and is exclusive of any delivery costs. We retain the right to rescind this offer without notice.

PLEASE NOTE that the Free Delivery Offer only applies to UK addresses ONLY and that all orders with delivery addresses to outside of the UK are subject to the appropriate shipping costs and are NOT eligible for any offer of free delivery.


Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to the following:

  • Hospitals
  • PO Boxes
  • BFPO (British Forces Post Office)

We reserve the right to refuse an order if we believe we will be unable to deliver order (s) to an address given at the time of the order as listed above.

Orders and delivery to EU and non-EU countries (delivery to non-EU countries is currently NOT yet available) :

The delivery costs for all countries are worked out according to the weight and destination. Simply add your products to your basket and the shipping costs will appear on checkout page.  Please note that the amounts provided below for EU and the rest of the World delivery show the current minimum delivery charges and are provided for guidance only. Additional charges may be incurred dependent upon the size, weight and value of the goods. The actual delivery charges will be calculated for you on the checkout pages prior to acceptance of your order.

  • Please allow up 10 working days for delivery to Europe
  • Non – EU countries (will be subject to customs clearance where applicable) – this option is currently NOT YET available.
  • A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These may vary according to country.

EU shipping costs will be calculated for you on the checkout pages prior to acceptance of your order.

If you would like to have items sent to separate addresses, you will need to complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address. All deliveries are processed so as to require a signature upon delivery to the recipient. Please bare this in mind when you are placing your order.

Customs and Duty Payments: Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges, as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs formalities for import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside the EU. The recipient of the goods, not the person placing the order may receive a separate request by the courier for payment of these charges. If you’re ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure that they are aware that they will be responsible for payment of these additional charges.

Payment to the courier by the recipient will be required prior to the products being released.Unfortunately Green Harmony Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We advise that you check any customs formalities and the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering products to be delivered there.

You (or the recipient of the order if different) will be deemed as being the importer for all international deliveries of the order. Therefore, before placing an order, it is your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with any country, state and/or federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions that may affect the receipt of your order.

You agree that Green Harmony Ltd, or any third party (couriers etc) will act on your behalf as exporter of the products and will complete export declarations in its own name on your behalf.

Payments: Payment for products and delivery services made via our website are to be made in GBP. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate; if payment is made in a currency not issued as standard by the bank, they may add an additional processing or administration charge which the cardholder will be liable to pay.

All product prices shown on the website are now UK VAT free. Once you have proceeded to the checkout, the total price displayed and the total price you will pay for the order is exclusive of UK VAT. Where you have requested delivery to a UK or EU address, the price paid for the order and the delivery service will include UK VAT at the appropriate rate where applicable. Where you are not a UK resident and you have requested delivery to a non-EU address, both the products and the delivery service will be zero-rated and will not be subject to UK VAT.If you are an EU business customer, placing an order via our website may not be appropriate for you and you may wish to place your order through our customer service team. Please email your enquiry to our Customer Service team on Shipping costs offered for trade customers may be higher than the cost of the delivery showing on our website.

Every attempt and testing has been made to ensure that the shipping costs are calculated correctly and are reviewed regularly however Green Harmony Ltd reserves the right to alter shipping costs at any time without prior notice. In the event that the correct shipping costs have not been calculated correctly Green Harmony Ltd reserves the right to hold any order and contact the customer by email to request additional payment before the order is shipped.
